Dr. Richard C. Wallace - Board of Advisors

Dr. Richard Wallace is the creator of the Same Page and Big Picture management tools, as well as a Professor of Business and Senior Research Fellow at Spring Arbor University.   Dr. Wallace served as Dean of the School of Business and Management at Spring Arbor University from 1994 to 2006.  In that capacity, he developed the university’s graduate program in management.  He has served as professor of Sociology at the University of Michigan, and held the O. Wayne Rollins Professor of Work position at Berry College in Georgia.  He was also chair of the Sociology department at Hillsdale College, and assistant professor of Sociology at the University of Hartford.  Dr. Wallace was also a systems engineer for the General Electric Missile and Space Division.  He is the author of a Sociology textbook and numerous articles on organizational growth, teaching, and business ethics.    Dr. Wallace received his BS in aerospace engineering from the University of Michigan and his PhD from Yale University.    He has served as an elder at Knox Presbyterian Church, and as an Advisory Board Member for the Salvation Army in Jackson, Michigan.     He enjoys spending time with his family, music, and golf.
