Randy is Vice Chairman for The InvestLinc Group, and President of Private Capital. Based in our Northwest Arkansas office, he divides his time between corporate, private equity, and real estate.Randy spent 23 years with Wal-Mart, as Vice President and Treasurer, Vice President of Finances, Benefits, and Risk Management, Director of Finance, Corporate Counsel, and in other roles. He also served as President, CEO and Chairman for Rally’s Hamburgers, a 600-unit restaurant public chain, and as Executive Vice President and CAO for FLAGSTAR, a KKR-controlled, $3 billion public restaurant company.
Randy is the founder of Mercari Technologies, Inc., a merchandise optimization solutions company, which he led as CEO and Chairman. Most recently, he founded Bentonville Associates, a targeted private investment and services firm that engages in strategic advisory work and investment activities, through board seats and capital advising services. Bentonville Associates is an outgrowth of Bentonville Associates Ventures, an investment company focusing on consumer product companies and retailers, which Randy also founded. Both entities merged with InvestLinc in 2003.
Randy holds a J.D. and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas.
