Leroy H. Paris, II - CEO of InvestLinc Securities

LeRoy H. Paris II serves as CEO of InvestLinc Securities, where he oversees the growth and expansion of InvestLinc’s Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) member, broker-dealer firm from our Jackson, MS office.

LeRoy has served as President of Mississippi Properties, Inc., a real estate syndication company with holdings in 8 states, as well as President of Mississippi Building Company and AmSouth Management Company.
He recently completed a 3-year term as a member of the District Committee of the National Association of Securities Dealers, and currently serves on the FINRA District Nominating Committee. He has also been Director of Planters Bank and Trust Company and the Mississippi Business Finance Corporation.  Lee serves as a Director of The InvestLinc Group.
 
LeRoy is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and the University of Mississippi School of Law. He is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association.

LeRoy holds Series 22, 24, 63 and 39 licenses, along with a Direct Participation Principals License.  He is registered in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Washington, DC, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington.

LeRoy resides in Jackson, MS, with his wife. The two of them have three children. 

LeRoy serves as deacon of the First Presbyterian Church of Jackson.  He is Chairman of the Mission Mississippi and the Mississippi Charitable Foundation, as well as serving on the Board of the National Center for Fathering and the Uganda Bible Institute. He is Director of the Children’s Scholarship Fund of Jackson, and has served as Director of the University of Mississippi Alumni Association, The University of Mississippi Foundation, and Patrick Morley Ministries.  He is a state chairman of the Young Presidents’ Organization and a member of the Rotary Club of Jackson.
