Gary Frey is the Chief Impact Officer for The InvestLinc Group and began his relationship with InvestLinc as an Ohio Capital3 Partner. Additionally, he has served on the InvestLinc Wealth Integration & Legacy Development advisory board. With InvestLinc’s acquisition of his brand consultancy, Brand Convergency, Gary is also a stockholder in The InvestLinc Group holding company.Gary’s twenty-three years of experience in building brands, teams, and organizations has already proved to be a great asset to ILG. He has served as president of three other successful companies, including bizjournals.com, a business news portal he helped transform from three people into a $100 million company. Additionally, he has held executive positions within two Fortune 100 companies, First Union and Bank of America, and helped each through major branding/re-branding efforts. Notable brands and clients Gary has served include Bank of America, British Aerospace, Cessna Aircraft, Coca-Cola, Coleman, Compass Group, DaimlerChrysler, DuPont, First Union/Wachovia, Foot Locker, Hearst Publishing, Krylon, Lance Armstrong Foundation, Learjet, McDonald’s, Monsanto, NCR, Sherwin-Williams, Summerfield Suites Hotels, United Way, World T.E.A.M. Sports, and Yokohama Tire Corporation. Gary was a Putnam Scholar at Kansas State University majoring in advertising and graphic design. In addition, he has attended Pratt Institute in New York. He is an active triathlete, marathoner, and drummer. He and his wife of 23 years have two teenage sons. |
